The prices of our products are in euros and the amount debited from your account will be in euros whichever country you are buying from and whatever the currency your account is in. "La Scuderia del Duca" not only offers a secure crypting system but also allows you to communicate your credit card details to us by fax at the following number +39 089 873 977.

   Delivery: In Italy we deliver our products by post or SDA, Bartolini. We deliver abroad by DHL which allows us to deliver our products in perfect conditions in a short amount of time. Your order would normally be sent within 7 days. It will then be delivered within 2/3 days in Italy, 3/5 days in Europe and 5/7 days in the rest of the world. It takes at least 60 days to deliver antiques (paintings, watercolours etc.) abroad in order to satisfy customs regulations and obtain authorisation for export (Null Osta Doganale).
Delivery costs vary according to the weight of the product you have chosen, the country of destination, the type of delivery (air, road etc.) and whether or not the goods need to have special packaging particulary with wooden crates (for example antique products).
Delivery costs appear auomatically on your screen when you make a purchase.
Orders with a value inferior to € 20,00 and a weight of up to 2 kilos will be sent by post to Europe (except for Italy), the USA and Canada.

  Product availability: Due to the workmanship and uniqueness of our products it is possible that they are not always available. In this case your order will be suspended immediately and your credit card will not be debited. You will then be contacted by our customer services so that you can arrange to be sent the items that are availabe or to cancel your order.

  Tracking your order: Our customer service tracks every delivery and in the case of a delay the customer will be informed.

You can track your order on our site in the "check your orders" section. Once you have been sent an e-mail to confirm your delivery, you can track it on line. This feature is offered in collaboration with the courrier company that delivers our products.

   Return of delivery: the customer, according to the law D.Lgs. 22/5/99 N°185, has the right to withdraw their order. All purchases are covered by our "satisfied or refunded" guarantee. If for any reason, you are unhappy with our products you can send it back to us within 10 days of delivery and receive a complete refund.    Damaged goods: all of our products are packaged and delivered with utmost care. If products are faulty or damaged during transport please contact our customer care immediately who will help you to return the product and obtain a refund.

   Protection for minors: People under 18 years of age are not allowed to place an order on line unless they have the consent of an adult.
